I am Angela Salvino, owner + stylist of Refresh Hair Co. I have been a hair stylist for 15 years, specializing in custom coloring and dimensional color. After years of working in a large salon, learning, growing and perfecting my craft, I decided it was time to open up my own space. At Refresh, I have cultivated an environment that meets the unique needs of each of YOU! I promise to provide the highest quality, individualized experience through clear communication, continued education, loyalty and integrity. I believe that when you look good, you feel good, and I can not wait to make you feel like your very best self! In the event you need to cancel your appointment, Refresh Hair Co. asks you please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Clients will no longer be permitted to book an appointment after 2 no call/no shows. Thank you for your understanding.
